If anybody wants to know what a proposed spin-off looks like in shipping space right now, look no further than the IMPP/CISS debacle.

This is exactly what is being proposed with TOPS/Rubico.

It’s monkey see, monkey do with these Greek shipping companies. Shareholders in both companies will get pounded imo, especially the new Rubico shareholders if they hold on to the new created stock.
