Benefits of converting common to preferred:

1. Locks in a great return at 6 cents/share
2. Lowers OS count and benefits earnings/share
3. Pays a nice quarterly dividend at 6%
4. Retains equal voting rights to common sharecount
5. Preferred shareholders may benefit by getting return phone calls back from RB and PA

I'm definately participating and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
