they could not have started the buyback. nothing has been filed and they can not buyback into the bid. My worst case is dilution.
with that said, need someone with more knowledge than me on this one theory.....what if, they are diluting to raise money for the buyback?? let's just say they dilute the remaining 2.8 BILLION shares from the AS, and they have been doing that since around trip 7s or 8s and their average is .0005 which would net them somewhere around a million dollars, then they use that and some of their own money to buyback while it's low, now as soon as the ask starts getting slapped it'll go up, but if they can get it all spent toward buyback before it hits back up around their average .0005 they would not have used much of there own cash they came in with and could potentially buy back 6-7 BILLON shares to retire, then they would need a very minimal RS to reduce the OS to 100 million or lower.
I know it's far fetched....dreaming of ways to make sense of this. glta
