No matter what you implement, someone will be offended.

1. Don’t cower to political correctness. Politics will be different tomorrow.
2. Use common sense – It’s not so common these days.
3. IHUB can have its own culture and values – Build on what you value.
4. Make a decision - No matter what you do it will be wrong to someone.
5. For the whiners – Do you want some cheese with that whine?
