Remind me when Sharp does something positive.

Sharp failed to do any real DD on the 3 hijacked shells and that is why they are all a disaster.

I don't trade OTC stocks - only exchange Traded stock that pays Quarterly Dividends.

But I am really good at exposing OTC scams because I am not so naive that I don't believe anything a OTC CEO says without independently verifying the information.

I did verify that Sharp folded like a cheap suit when he saw that the SEC wasn't going to rule in his favor on the Request for Review of the FINRA decision not to process any Corporate Actions filed by GVSI.

And FINRA told Sharp that they wanted 7 years of audited financials.

Did Sharp tell shareholders about the withdrawal of the Request for Review.

Which means that GVSI will never be a SEC reporter.
