It took 5 years to put the SEC ban hammer on Tracy - with all of the Sharp malfeasance - he has more exposure than Tracy.

No Sharp didn't legally obtain the dormant or Zombie tickers - when you lie in court that is illegal. And when Sharp lied about expediting the hearing because he had a merger lined up - when in fact he was attempting to steal the Calasse stock he legally owned - read the Form 4 that the SEC stated he legally owned the stock.
