With the absorbtion of Hexo by Tilray, all of the Hexo stock has been converted into TLRY stock resulting in locking in all the losses for shareholders of HEXO. Massive losses foisted onto shareholders. Meanwhile Sebastian walks a free man after the outright fraud he committed.
