That's the thing I was telling people, he claims he couldn't be a CEo or director of this anymore because of the trouble he got in with Canada but why does Canada matter if he was moving to TX since its not Canada he could be CEO of this still but ya instead he wants to screw everyone over with a new ticker... and leave us all in the dust... guessing the new CEO is a dead beat that Mike owed money to or something and was like here's you a shell, but didn't explain to him that he wasn't current on filings and all the other jazz...
