I think there's a misunderstanding about the Mod's role on this site.\

But why are they allowed to remain a moderator if they go to other boards and bash constantly?

If by "bash constantly" you mean talk negatively about a company, that is not even a TOS offense currently, much less a reason someone should be Mod.

Administrators should put moderators on report or on Watch when there have been reports presented to them about the moderators actions.

Admins can and do review all requests to review Moderator's actions when asked and also do so unprompted when something seems out of whack on a board.

It seems like quite the opposite is happening, they get away with anything they want.

See? Everyone here talking about how terrible Mods are have no clue what's actually being removed or by whom. No one has any idea who it is that restores messages either - only that they've been restored. No one has any clue what Admin has said or done in re: to most Moderators' accounts. So all these recent posts about Mods have gone in one ear and out the other from an Admin's standpoint.
