Nah LCYB was in fact a qualified bidder as detailed in the monitors reports and court docs.
The years will tick by and that drivel of “lcyb wasn’t a qualified bid”, “they didn’t follow the terms” or one of my favorites “upfront payment” will always be self proven to be drivel when nothing changes for FKA BioAmber or it’s former shareholders.
The shares will forever remain a constant worthless reminder to do one’s own DD and not listen to the inter web liars shouting more is coming from a liquidated asset less dead shell
