While I share your frustration, the experience of shareholders with lawsuits against OTC companies is not an impressive one. In most cases, we're lucky to get even 5 cents on the dollar back!! The lawyers walk away with almost all of the fees.

So, I must say the threat of a lawsuit doesn't seem to scare most companies at all.
