The details reported by Brian Thom CEO in the pr of additional testing not only qualifies the delay but the notification to FDA in advance may enable a more timely review and approval. IMO this is worth the wait rather than additional delays and more FDA question and submission. "The protocol involves a sequential process by three external vendors including sterilization, agitation and liquid immersion followed by physical inspection and bio contamination testing."
Certainly we must have an FDA consultant like RCA in our corner. More is better!
