They said possibly. Seems like a good accessory to their core business but maybe there’s little demand based on the product offering. IDK, thought they were gaining traction with their product (CA contract comes to mind).
Either way, another $25m solar company acquisition brings their revenue to $50m+ so maybe that’s the direction they need to go. Up-list is filed, let’s see what the results are.
