Insiders buying? Because I can't find shit to justify this run.

Looks like someone is running the stock up to clean out weak hands.

Symbol/Name change get approved? I can't find that info on OTC. They changed the stink'n web site again.

All in the last 15min of trading.
Looks to me someone shaped the Ask while raising the BID to suck up shares. Then repeat slapping and raising the BID after he gets filled. Classic running the stock up while accumulating shares.
I bet he lets it tank a few days and start again.

Buying the dip might be wise at this time.
