What people likely don't realize is that we really do pay attention to deleted posts. They understandably don't necessarily get that we often Slack other Admins to get their opinion. Like "I read this post this way but the User is saying this. What do you think?".
I am definitely not patting ourselves on the back even if it sounds that way, but Admin here have always "paid attention" as it were. We are different than other social media sites in that respect as well as having "stricter" rules in the past. So, I think most Users who haven't been around iHub for awhile consider us similar to the overworked Admin on other sites who simply are trying to get the most heinous stuff off their site. iHub built it's reputation on having active Admin who support the goal of all opinions being allowed about the company while being discussed civilly. So the current iHub team is absolutely dedicated to that goal, take it seriously and have always had the resources to support that oversight.
I don't think that's necessarily been true on other social media sites. So a lot of newer Users assume, what they perceive as apathy from Admin on other sites, carries over to iHub.
