Mullen's last installment to Bollinger is due by 5AUG23. Once they drop some kind of filing stating that the company is debt free (currently $73M) with substantial COH, and production is underway (with proof), Mullen will be in its 2nd iteration of the company's life. Those financiers WILL come. Very good chance that RS WILL be cancelled by EOM July. That being said, I don't believe DM is in the business of making calls begging to 'ease' dilution. He NEEDS to be free and clear of these guys soonest! With volume maintaining its current levels, it'll be gone in no time.

If folks would just take a step back (ignoring how we got here for just a moment) and take a closer look, they will see that the end of this death spirral is closer than most realize or would care to admit!!!
