I see the plan all along was to recoup the Bollinger and ELMS investments (while bringing in operating cash) by simply selling shares. Some would consider DM as briliant for this stratergy.
  • He isn't touting Mullen's cash position without knowing what comes after the $100M in shares are bought up, and it's not CH 11
  • He knows those shares will be bought up in NO TIME! And, he knows who's buying them up as well.
  • By the time the SH meeting rolls around, SHs will be happy with the SP. Production news will boost the SP substantially. That's why he had the audacity to put those proposals in there.

    Now is the time to buy!!!
