Liabilities(debt) $1.7 billion. Assets $2.3 billion. I think you may have your numbers mixed up. If they’re debt free and can negotiate to be absorbed we are talking a different story here. Consider a huge e-commerce retailer taking on buy buy baby while keep a few flagship stores open. I don’t think this is over by a long shot.
