ASTC receives buyout offer @ 17.25/share, a 50% premium.... and an 80% premium to where I mentioned here that I was buying in the 9's (split adjusted) back in November and December. Now, ASTC will not accept it I'm pretty sure, but its bidding $14.20.. it certainly is a serious buyout offer going by the fact that the prospective purchaser has already accumulated 13% of outstanding shares.
