Why are posters on the LWLG board allowed to accuse LWLG management of being a scam operation, calling management fraudsters, and continually make slanderous statements about the companies board of directors and CEO ?

Because that is their opinion. You may not value it, but presumably others do. Message boards of this kind are not intended to have only cheerleaders as participants.
