They're selling everything. The only way the shares get anything is if the assets sell for more than the debt they owe. Zero chance of that happening, otherwise they wouldn't have gone bankrupt.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
