Was the Alabama 50 Mil loan a hoax?

It's inconceivable to think it was anything more now being 385 days since the June 6, 2022 tweet saying the company was "working on the final piece for funding".

The good ole "last piece for funding" that nobody has been to tell shareholders what that actually is?

Congrats to the Snpw conglomerate on its subsidiary (Spp) becoming the pawn on the board solar panel reseller. And kudos to ceo's side company (CAC realty) for putting that deal together with a very very poor same subsidiary (Spp) to grab 30% of the profits from those glorified Vietnamese solar panel resales.
