Yes Richard, it is the SAME Jay Bloom from Trimaran Capital,. The same Jay Bloom that was involved with the Global Crossing scandal that screwed investors out of billions. The same Jay Bloom that headed up the SPAC deal that screwed over Niocorp investors and lined his and Dean Kehler’s pockets. You really should do some DD on the snakes that Mark Smith decided to business with. These guys make Al Capone look like a choir boy.

Bloom, a managing partner at investment firm Trimaran Capital Partners, wrote in the post: "I am sure he really believed what he was saying. But he was very wrong. He passionately believed in what he was doing."
