My research has revealed mmj growers are tied to stringent standards and ethics agreements @PCTL_ ‘s delinquencies and dysfunctional operations are no fit.

Fraudulent financial disclosure and non existent taxes would highlight this scam to additional authorities and regulators.

You will never see @PCTL_ endorsed or partnered with a legitimate federally licensed grower.
