What happened to Bella Electric, LLC? Not a subsidiary?

Looks like a name change to Bella Electrical LLC in May 2021. That was about the time snpw announced the subsidiary had ceased operations. Do they have a new website too? Looks like snpw/spp was using another's electrician's license during the days Bella Electric LLC was hanging out in the snpw subsidiary barn. Is Bella Electric LLC now Bella Electrical LLC? If so, why? Sales and Revenue?

Why did these subsidiaries cease operations? Where do all of these former subsidiaries end up?

At least we know where Medrecycler LLC landed.

Sun Pacific Security also supposedly left the snpw farm in 2021.
