they could go to $0.20 and who knows. no security here. no dilution protection in a restructuring where there is a senior security with its liquidation preference underwater as it is not as large as the potential restructured market cap

a bad gamble/bet made by fools.

"scooping up them cheapies" --- would imply that there is value here that exceeds the price you're paying to buy..

but the reality is you're scooping up them poopies.

a turd on the ground is worth two birds in the bush according to the commons here like navy or catbirdsheet.

Warrants will be exercised and I expect the SPSPA to convert to common. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
