How much cash, if any gets used to buy Bitcoin depot shares? If it is a share swap, and not a cash buy out, then are more shares issued diluting GSRM share volume?
What is the combined asset and cash value and final share count post merger.
I read earlier this year the GSRM shares need to be above about $11.30(?) /share price to start to be in the money??
No one seems to know what happens to the warrants right after the merger either..
