I have long been an advocate for ending reverse takeovers and requiring companies to go public through the regulatory approval process with a qualifying and provable asset.

Anyhow, maybe there is some great BENEFIT (monetary, tax, etc.) of being a CEO of a penny stock and, if there is, just imagine the kind of BENEFITS one might get for being CEO of FOUR of them!! So, perhaps, our CEO simply isn't in any kind of a hurry to lose any of those possible BENEFITS?
