Get that deferred salary, not even earned due to failures, with every project for almost 6 years...off the books.

Let him give himself some cheap shares to get rid of that deferred salary, not even earned, while driving the company off the cliff.

We won't see anyone converting their own loans to shares...will we? Wonder why?
