As expected BYOC has not only lost the case, but the judge has also awarded a Summary Judgement for the entire amount to the Plaintiff/Jean. Plus, court costs, & fee's. This means the 2nd case which was dependent on the 1st case will be awarded to jean as well. THIS is a 100% nail in the coffin of BYOC! I would imagine we'll see a tiny pump to say .0005 , maybe as high at .0008 on an intraday where they'll be DILUTING AT A MAX. Not only do they have to pay jean $2.5 million, but they also don't have enough cash on hand to pay service 800 bills another quarter, i believe that's why they diluted another 131 million shares last month. This is a toxic death pool that everyone should stay clear from imo. They pump it, its a 100% short play all the way! GL everyone.

The above-captioned matter came duly on before the Honorable Joseph R. Klein on
January 6th, 2023, in District Court, Division I, Hennepin County, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The
parties appeared remotely on Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Attorneys George Warner
and Seth Leventhal appeared for and on behalf of Plaintiff. Attorneys Sam Ellingson and Jonathan
Uretsky appeared for and on behalf of Defendants. Based upon the evidence adduced, the
arguments of counsel, and all the files, records, and proceedings herein, the Court makes the
following:
ORDER
1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED.
2. There being no just reason for delay, Plaintiff shall have judgment against BYOC in the
amount of $2,464,496.00, plus interest, costs, and disbursement.
3. The attached memorandum of law is incorporated herein
