Yes and maybe it is. Probably not. But maybe. That’s why I’m interested. I hope it is… but odds are that it’s not. Only time will tell. They have to deliver an incredible and absolutely shocking merger in order to make something like that happen. Especially in the current environment. Today’s OTC market is like a minefield.
