Company pivots all looking like big divots

when looking back at the company's "pivots" with business model changes (incl. promotions/hype) ...it looks like a long fairway full of divots and all torn-up.

bravo! for achieving the highly esteemed status reseller for, unknown to the U.S., Vietnamese-made solar panels.

Ceo's side company (CAC Realty) showed great timing executing a promissory note with Snpw's subsidiary (Sun Pacific Power), bringing CAC Realty (ceo's side company) 30% of Sun Pacific Power's profits from sales, just 60 days before the news about SPP/GEP 2 year exclusivity distribution agreement.

It now appears the company was tweeting solar panel models (as SPP solar panels), produced by GEP (see Vietnam OEM website), before the June 8, 2023 distributor agreement was signed, and before the CAC realty April 2023 promissory note was executed (see Q2 filing) with Sun Pacific Power, bringing CAC realty 30% of Sun Pacific Power's profits from sales.
