Looking at current pps of .ooo2, the 150.00 fee to Winick would get me 1,000,000 restricted for at least a year shares with no guarantee of trading ever and direct money in Winick's pocket or 750,000 free trading shares off the market right now. If I wait maybe the PPS will go to .0001 for 1,500,000 right now.
Winick-market, market-Winick… not much of a choice there … virtual no-brainer.
