CAC realty (ceo's side co.) not mentioned in the 8-K?

lol...CAC realty (ceo's side company) getting 30% of profits from Sun Pacific Power's GEP solar panel sales. Didn't see that detail in the 8-K?

IMO, won't be seeing any sales for this unknown brand of Vietnamese solar panel on any quarterly filing at any time.

when does the circus tent come down?
