They are the same. I'm still researching the CUSTODIAN APPLICATION with a couple of States, and the process to bring back to life some of the potential abandoned shells. Some States require a 10% Shareholder to cause a new Shareholder meeting to invoke a new Board of Directors. Other States require no Shareholder representation, and just a few attempts to contact old/prior management to invoke a new Shareholder meeting. Many States do not even require that official notices be sent out to all Shareholders of record. I want to do this legally and officially. I am in a position where my Mother passed away last year (((GOD BLESS HER BEAUTIFUL SOUL))) and left me with about $150,000.00. Her Estate was worth about $1,000,000.00 and must be shared with my entire family of a brother and sisters. I miss her so much. Let me play my favorite song, as homage to her soul in heaven!

Back to business...I need an abandoned shell. My Primary Market Maker trusts in me, and for example filed the Unsolicited Quotation paperwork with OTC Markets to HELP ME bring back ACCR to life a few years ago. ACCR was a grey quoted stock, and after that...we became quotation eligible....and ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM...we soared from $.0002 to a little over a $.05 by the Spring of 2021.
I remember all these respected traders like .... coming to ACCR....and trading it once the Unsolicited Quotes form by the MM was signed and filed with OTCBB.

I was introduced to the Gentleman from China and the attorney wrote up the agreement for him to buy controlling interest in the Company. My stake at a nickel a share was worth over $15,000,000.00 at the time, and I never sold 1 single share for myself, nor for the Company. To be honest, I had no contacts on my own to get in touch with a finance company to help me sell some registered SEC shares. After I was introduced, the Gentleman form China told me on the telephone that week in March 2021....that he had a done deal merger with a company from China doing and producing $100 million dollars.
Had that done deal merger been real...I know that ACCR would have returned to my Shareholders over a DOLLAR A SHARE!
I believed in that phone conversation that Monday night...and even though he regarded the transaction as a "I'm just buying the Shell for $25,000...and I can do whatever I want with it later!" Well, I believed in him. I posted and tried to file a bunch of protests with the Florida SOS. The SOS believed in me after the evidence was presented. He later filed a lawsuit against me in Ottawa County Court, and hired a local lawyer to show the Judicial Judge that I was posting wrong information about him. I eventually settled the case, and gave their lawyer in cash a few thousand dollars and some Shares in ACCR. I sent the Transfer Agent a photocopy of the Medallion Stamped back copy of a piece of paper the TA sent to me. There was never an ISSUANCE of Shares for the control block.
The TA for ACCR (((who will not even speak to me today))) filed the transfer of shares from Patrick J Jensen to the Gentleman from China. Shortly thereafter...they filed the 2nd FORM 15 in ACCR's history. I didn't have the money to hire a lawyer and defend myself. So, I settled. But what bothers me the most is how the TA for ACCR told me that she had some scanner that could identify a form as an original form. This was a LIE! I didn't even fight that either.
I believed in the TA for ACCR, and we had a longstanding 20+ year relationship. I still have the ORIGINAL MEDALLION GUARANTEE signed document for the control block of 160,050,000 shares to the Gentleman from China. I also have an ORIGINALMEDALLION GUARANTEE form filled out for 2,000,000 ACCR Shares which I never used, so therefore I have 2 original medallion guarantee forms.
How could the TA for ACCR accept just a photocopy of the back of a piece of paper, and the color copy I made, did a very convincing job that I sent to them. It was a photocopy attached to an EMAIL!!!!!
One for 160,050,000 and one for 2,000,000. I have these forms and I will never understand why this all happened. I broke the trust of my Shareholders and my Market Maker....oh yes I did, because I believed in that phone call from the Gentleman from China. He told me the merger was a done deal with an operating $100 million dollar Company in the EV Car Market over there. Tesla was hot back then, and so I believed in that phone call....and on that Friday (5 days after the Monday phone call) I sent an email to the TA for ACCR with an attached PHOTO COPY of my original medallion stamp back of a piece of paper, with a simple email instructing them to transfer my restricted shares over to the Gentleman from China.
The Medallion Stamp Guarantee form was signed by a 60+ employee for Huntington Bank in Spring Lake Michigan. I don't think she followed bank procedures, because it was not a CERTIFICATE that she endorsed...but rather the back photocopy of a piece of paper from the original stock certificate. I later went to the same branch, and asked the Branch Manager for more Medallion Stamp Guarantee for the back piece of paper of the same form....and he laughed at me! He told me NO WAY JOSE! I was told to exit the bank, and in a month or so....my other branch of the bank CLOSED all of my accounts. My personal account, and also closed my business account for ACCR. The branch manager told me that he had NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT HE WAS ENDORSING, and that IT WAS NOT LEGAL TO MEDALLION STAMP GUARANTEE a photocopy back side of my certificate. It represented too much liability for the bank!
Today, I am very cautious. I have invented and created many websites 3-5 years ago. I have filed for a new Trademark for my new venture.

I'm gonna get this trademark. I know I am, mainly because the eCommerce website exists, and also because the name of the website is unique and own by Patrick J Jensen. It's a website where part of the name is Trademarked by the University which was founded in 1638 or so, and is very well known. However, it's a longer word. I believe also in my pending PATENT -----> CLONES BY DRONES! The patent is still pending despite someone stating that my patent application was rejected. Why does this happen? I have a patent pending with a cool drone cargo design, that will read identification of the recipient as the clones (ANY TYPE OF PLANT CLONE, as it is NOT SPECIFIC TO MARIJUANA PLANTS.) It is a 2019 filed patent application of drone delivery of any plant clone. This is my argument with the USPTO. Patent applications can take years to process, and I believe in my cargo design, and video identification process of the recipient getting the CLONES.
I am looking for an abandoned shell, one that does not cost that much money...I'll assign my Patent and Trademarks to the shell, and off to heaven and the stars we will fly! This future abandoned shell will be our Stairway to Heaven. I've been there and back....and it's a beautiful place to be.
