At NXPL AGM it was stated that they expected to start issuing news within 60 to 90 days, and I think this is due to Alibaba agreement. We know that key employees from RXMD fully transition over to NXPL in July, so this is when I expect we start to see what is going on.

One thing I do know is that RXMD will show a profit in the current Q, and if NXPL wants to take control of RXMD then I expect it before earnings.

Let’s not forget NXPL has clearly stated that Healthcare is the future direction they are taking and with Dr Frost just taking a large stake in NXPL it’s pretty clear that’s the direction they are headed.
