Just like they can count on VPLM's Insider Transactions Form 4s to be filed timely, i.e. within two business days?

In reality Babs has been over two and a half years late in filing some of her Form 4s, and has virtually never filed within two business days, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

VPLM insiders spit in the face of SEC regulations - and in the face of their shareholders too (or marks, as Emil and Rich invariably refer to their victims).
