it seems like this company could deliver any partnership and release a PR everyday and it still won't move. That RS is just hanging this out to dry. Can't say there's no money in the market because plenty of stocks are moving. I can't believe they didn't know that telling the public they plan on doing a RS wouldn't have an affect on the share price and action...especially after seeing what it did when they announced a 1:100 one with EV. We don't even know what the ratio is gonna be. Come on we need this ticker to move. I know for myself, i've shed some of my shares because i can't tie up money in something that isn't producing and i'm sure other are doing the same. just my frustrated thought and opinions. still hopeful. come on plpl!!!
