the creation of APE was definitely illegal hence the fact that it was not voted for by "current Retail" but "past Retail" from many many years ago which has nothing to do with AMC meme stock. You'll have to ask yourself, why now? all this year why did AA decide to create an equity stock now and not many many years ago when the retail in the past voted to create one.

for instance, if the merger and R/S did pass but AA/AMC seems to hold on to it for many many years without completing the Merger and R/S and time goes on and suddenly BOOM. out of no where at an inconvenient time for the "Retail in the future" who suddenly have to deal with this Merger and R/S that they didn't vote for. Thats exactly what happen to the creation of APE that we didn't vote for but the retail in the pass but AA/AMC never act on it until now.
