-nfrequent's- Story was strange and unusual but it happens. This is my similar experience!

My experience was a little different... About 9mos to a year ago, I got a call from a TD Ameritrade Representative. Just out of the blue! The call was rather strange, because he was asking me if there were anything he could do to improve my experience with TDA. After some small talk I remembered, I was being margined for $38.00 in my IRA brokage Account, from a reverse-split I was charged for.

So, I told him about it, and about 3 days later he called me back to let me know it had been taken care off. So, he refunded it back to my account. That may not be strange to most, but it was to me, maybe you just had to be there. Just speculating but is it possible this had something to do with a certain position in my portfolio? I don't know, maybe that's a stretch.

How many of you have TDA, and have not had your account migrated over to Charles Schwab? (He even gave me his own direct number in case I needed anything).
