OK... Follow the logic of an actual investor ?
1) you own 10,000 shares of GTII..Free trading
2) You are given 1000 shares of dividend/restricted GTII
3) you now have 11,000 total shares (you wih me?) 10k free 1k restricted
4) you sell 1000 free trading and take $$ off the table since its going down
5) that leaves you with 9000 free trading and 1000 restricted for a total of 10,000 total shares
I can explain it to you but i cannot understand it for you
