I think your profit estimate is low because these are being sold direct at the MSRP. $50 might be the profit when sold wholesale, but selling direct must have a higher profit than selling to retailers at wholesale. Retailers generally make at least 40%, so ($349 * .4 + $50) * 4800 = $910,080 + the cellular plan commissions. IMO, guesses!
