Off the market called a no shop clause.

The purchase agreement has a no shop clause that could expire prior to the purchase contract deadline (if no closing) or at the same time the purchase contract expires with no funding/closing.

IMO, the term of the Alabama property purchase agreement, allowed for closing, is much past its middle-aged years for sure. Still wondering how much non-refundable deposit money was wasted on, yet, another project signed agreement with nothing ever happening for years?
