The only opinion that matters will be the NVSC final ruling either late this year or earlier 2024.

Agreed, but I don't think it will go the way you're hoping. It's pretty clear that they won't affirm the district courg decision, it's just a question of why exactly they will reverse it.

If any of Sharp's other tickers work out, no amount of hand-wringing will prevent investors from pouring in here.

If only Sharp could take steps to help the other tickers work out, to show us all that he has an actual merger candidate.

Alas, it's been over a month and he still hasn't started publications. Maybe he needs a dose of your confidence?
