Ya see, the problem with that stock dividend is that if you had 10,000 shares of stock and recieved 1000 extra shares, most people go out and sell 1000 now to lock in a free profit but it also creates a bigger dilution problem. And if there is no "19 million shares short"? you just blew up the company. Don't worry, any day now they will close on 800-law-firm. It's only a month past due date
