There was a "Motion To Determine Rent" in Stuart Burchill's residential eviction case.
The reason that the residential eviction case has a bearing on the ongoing Industrial Nanotech scam is that INTK has no actual physical location, so we can assume that the scam is conducted from Stuart's residence.  To those that follow Stuart's rants, we will only expect fantastic tales of astounding imaginary accomplishments and dazzling reports of fantastic fantasy transactions.  Chinese Ryder is correct in pointing out that the only real news about Stuart Burchill and Industrial Nanotech is the ongoing lawsuits that Stuart Burchill and INTK face from disgruntled lenders and others that Stuart has scammed.
