Did any of you happen to read the latest 10-Q report? I am having a tough time wrapping my head around how he keeps taking on more and more debt by way of promissory notes while he hasn't even paid off the previous ones. The lawsuit alone will bankrupt this Meatball once it goes to court. Moreover, how does this guy have the dice to pull 3/4 of a Million dollars last year out of the business in income while owing more than that to his lenders? Offering up worthless shares of stock can only take you so far.
