There isn't going to be a Form 10 tomorrow.
Ilegal Mezcal owes the Trademark Board a filing, no matter what it says. That will tell us a little about which way the wind is blowing.
Re the stock price itself, I heard a rumor that WCVC wasn't going to file until all the penny players who whine about the stock being delisted give up and liquidate. WCVC will know when that happens because the brokerages still have to notify the company of transactions even of delisted stocks. Then they will file the Form 10 because they know only serious share holders that value the company are in the game.
But it's just a rumor. Personally I wouldn't put any 'stock' in it.
If Nixon is going to file, I think he'll file when he has a good enough story to tell in his filings. Who knows how long that could take. Like any serious company, he's playing the long game. He doesn't care about short-term penny players who check the stock price every day to confirm that it is still delisted.
What I'd like to know is, who did he sell 3.6B shares to in the roughly half year before WCVC got sent to the Expert Market. That was over double the previous O/S. If a single person/company got them, that would give them a majority ownership (although Nixon still holds absolute voting rights due to his preferred stock).
