Maybe the reality is easier to understand

FoxEss , PT.IDN , Marine Battery, and additional agreements made with The Sate of Alabama (for ten years of incentives and approving 50 million bonds of bonds), Seller of 2251 Curtis Road, Invictus, Llyod's of London and recently GEP

Pt.IDN Solar Tech - Zero product made and Zero SPP/PT.IDN revenue (starving for SPP branded/labeled Sun Pacific Power panel business since January 2022)

Marine Electrical Systems (not battery) - brief month (late summer 2022) of training on Foxess battery/inverters repair service (starving for Foxess repair business since agreement was signed in August 2022)

State of Alabama - 75% of new business gets incentives (state starving for any new businesses to come to Alabama; highly ranked state for poverty level)
Seller of 2251 Old Curtis Rd - property has been on the market since 2016 and building empty for quite a while (starving for a buyer for 7 years)

Invictus Risk Solutions - no agreement signed with them. Husband and wife company in England (how did they get selected to do the insurance wrap due diligence and issue and investment grade? Then just started the new Invictus Green Energy LLC 2 months ago)

Lloyd's of London - no agreement signed with them, but sounds good for lenders getting solicited.

GEP New Energy - Maybe starving to have a U.S.company name on its website. SPP turning into a reseller/distributor (peanuts for margins) makes Zero sense making solar panels in Vietnam versus staying with PT.IDN Solar Tech (as tweeted January 2022) supposedly launching SPP branded solar panels in Indonesia? LOL

I don't think anyone really believes that the above partners would be still associated or sign new agreements with SNPW if they only saw starvation in SNPW"s future.

While the company is waiting in the bread line...everybody is starving.

Maybe they're all starving for some of that bread too?

just my opinion

good luck
