Given the speed with which the other company “projects” have been prosecuted, I rather doubt the timeline provided is anywhere near accurate for the delivery/construction of the promised facility. Even if it were to be close the rainy season, which was blamed for earlier delays, will be starting when the plant is supposed to begin operation.
Murphy applies in all cases, especially when working in Mexico.
